    I had a major drainage problem in my commercial building, and after calling a few companies, Zorcon Contracting was the only one who responded quickly and provided a clear plan of action. They showed up on time and had the entire drainage system repaired in just a couple of days. Their team was friendly, and they kept me updated every step of the way. Now, the building is dry and safe. Great job, Zorcon!

    Our home in Oldsmar, Fl. was damaged by hurricane Helene (flood damage). We initially where unable to find a contractor willing to deal with the City of Oldsmar. We where so grateful when we found Carlos and Zorcon construction. They where able to work with the flood adjuster to stay below the 48% rule and obtain permits. They went above expectations. Our home is better than it was before the flood.
